I was there the other day and we ordered a olla podrida. Scarce and bland. Not recommended at all. On the other hand, the service was quite poor. Between courses they gave us the grapes in the cathedral…. In Burgos there are other restaurants where you can eat much better.
The food was really bad. I do not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant if you are looking for a good meal. It seems unbelievable that a restaurant so well located next to the cathedral has such a bad kitchen. The service is mediocre. The
We do not get out of our astonishment when we read these opinions, we must be in another place, the service let’s say that serves the food, they do not look at you, they do not interact…, and the food very basic. Not recommended in our opinion. This steakhouse does a disservice to the promotion of Burgos as a gastronomic capital.
I totally agree with this opinion, except for the desserts. I think they have variety and quality. I say this from experience, we are a family from Barcelona and we were very well attended by the Mayoral family (Javier and Fernando) and by the service staff (Inés and Bella). We recommend visiting them, it is worth it.
